The American Dream 59′ pickup is inspired by early P.A.F (“Patent Applied For”) pickups.
The classic AlNiCo V rough cast magnet, asymmetrically wound coils, produce a strong, aggressive vintage sound, with a delicate boost in low and high tones and a cut in the mid tones.
This humbucker is clear, dynamic, “open”, with a strong percussive attack characteristic of P.A.F.-type constructions.
